Return Policy

REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you payback or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-refundable products:
* Gift Cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products

A receipt or purchase document is required to complete your refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are made: (if any)
* A book with clear signs of use
* Opened CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or vinyl recording.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not caused by our error.
* Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds 
After your refund has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned product. We will also inform you about the confirmation or rejection of your payback.
Pays Payback: If you confirm, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method automatically within a certain day.

Late or incomplete refunds 
If you haven't received a payback yet, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your payback to be officially registered.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing period before a refund is paid.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please pay info@ahyadesigns.contact us from your office.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. After receiving the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver paid for the order, which was sent to them for ordering later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Pay Payback If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
